The following connection types are supported by the SARA-R4:
1. AT interface
LPWA - App Minicom for serial communication2. Qualcomm MSM Interface
Recommended
3. Point-to-Point Protocol
Not recommended as it requires dynamic configuration of the tty device due to the USB enumeration order not being guaranteed, as well as configuration of chat scripts. It also does not allow concurrent AT commands and network support.
