Compliances

General

It is only allowed to be used in products where the USB device itself is placed to a location which guarantees a distance of >20cm from the user (user body). The bulky dimensions of the enclosure of the USB device (H x L x W = 24 x 85 x 57mm) already indicate that usage in a normal laptop is not intended and would be inconvenient. The requirements for the location and the according limitations to locations with distance of >20cm to the user are clearly indicated with the USB device as required by law.

The USB Connect 4G - XX is not a medical device. That means the USB Connect 4G - XX is not intended for a medical purpose, to be used directly on humans.

As already described, the stick contains the LE910C4-XX module from Telit. The compliance information statements for this module can be found at https://www.telit.com/m2m-iot-products/cellular-modules/standard-industrial-grade/xe910-family/#LE910Cx-downloads
